I’m Glenn Moore, a REALTOR® with Local Living Realty Group serving Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach, and the surrounding Southeast Volusia community.

I grew up here, graduated from New Smyrna Beach High School, and continued my education at Daytona State College before working in nursing. My path eventually brought me back to something I had always enjoyed—working with homes, helping people, and solving problems.

Before entering real estate, hands-on property and renovation work gave me a practical perspective on homes that I now bring to my clients. I understand that a property is more than a listing, and I believe good representation starts with asking the right questions, communicating clearly, and helping clients make informed decisions.
